DESIVA
Steel furniture manufacture
2023

Desiva is a Polish award-winning design company based in Warsaw.
During my internship, I participated in the design and marketing process on many levels: from preparing technical drawings and renderings for the calatogue to CAD modelling new furniture pieces and assisting during photoshoots.
The time spent at Desiva helped me to learn how to be part of a design team as well as provided me with valuable insights about the manufacturing process and furniture market.

Baza Centrum Conference
Creative Director
2021-2024

Baza Centrum is a youth conference happening annually in Warsaw. Its mission is to provide a safe space for the youngest generation to be inspired and express their beliefs. Every year, the event gathers over a thousand young people to celebrate community and their faith in Jesus.
Each year, Baza's creative team strives for high quality content and imagery for our work to reflect the commitment to the event. Each edition requires a new key visual, online and printed graphic materials, social media content, merch along with photographic documentation and streaming. Coordinating and working with my Media Team taught me the importance of effective communication in interdisciplinary work. Along with acquiring new practical skills, the crucial one turned out to be trusting my team's competences.

Young Ambassadors Programme
Homo Faber 2022
Venice, Italy

Homo Faber is a unique exhibition that celebrates artisanship and advocates for preserving crafts. During the monthly event in Venice, I learned about new manufacturing techniques and processes on a small scale that, often in contrast to industrial manufacturing, result in works of art. I worked as an ambassador at the exhibition "Pattern of Crafts" curated by a German designer Sebastian Herkner, where I had the opportunity to meet craftsmen and tour visitors, explaining the intricate beauty of objects.
MAD Design Summer School
Ligatne, Latvia
2022
The theme of this 10-day workshop was 'Philosophy of the Chair'. Collaborating with designers, other students and the local woodworking museum, I was given the opportunity to redefine this object in response to the surrounding nature and local craft.
Working under the guidance of designer Paul Heijnen, I was part of the team that worked with locally sourced hazel wood, using its natural properties to create organic, flexible pieces of furniture.
